Bandit Office Subscription, Billing, and Refund Terms

Effective date: March 23, 2026

These Billing Terms apply to paid subscriptions for Bandit Office and are incorporated into the Terms of Service.

1. Plans

We may offer trial, starter, growth, pro, custom, and manually managed subscriptions.

2. Trials

If we offer a trial, the trial period, included features, and conversion rules are disclosed at signup or in plan materials.

3. Billing cycle and renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the selected cycle unless canceled before renewal. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees and taxes.

4. Manual subscriptions

We may activate or manage subscriptions manually, including by invoice, ACH, check, or custom arrangement. Manual subscriptions remain subject to these terms unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

5. Price changes

We may change pricing or plan features from time to time. If a change affects your current plan, we will provide advance notice before it takes effect.

6. Late or failed payments

If a payment is late or fails, we may retry the charge, suspend access, downgrade features, or cancel the account until the issue is resolved.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or stated in writing.

• Starter: $39/mo
• Growth: $89/mo
• Pro: $149/mo
• Additional users: $10/user/mo
