SBD Bandit Office
Simple job flow for service, repair, and field teams
Getting started guide

How to pick a plan and roll Bandit Office out cleanly.

This guide covers what to choose first, how the four tiers split up, and when it makes sense to move into the inspection module.

1. Start with the workflow you actually need

  • If the business mostly needs customers, assets, work orders, invoices, and job history, start in Bandit Base or Bandit Crew.
  • If the business also needs reusable inspection templates, inspection work orders, deficiencies, and inspection PDFs, start in Bandit Ops.
  • If inspections are a major revenue line and you need more seats plus rollout help, use Bandit Command.

2. Decide by seat count and module needs

  • Bandit Base: starts at $19.99 per active user
  • Bandit Crew: starts at $25.99 per active user
  • Bandit Ops: starts at $35.99 per active user and includes the inspection module
  • Bandit Command: starts at $45.99 per active user and includes the inspection module
  • Volume Pricing Available

3. Basic rollout order

  1. Create the company and first admin user.
  2. Add customers and saved service addresses.
  3. Add assets and linked equipment details.
  4. Load your users and roles.
  5. Run a few work orders end to end.
  6. Then add inspections if your tier includes them.

4. When to move up a tier

  • Move from Bandit Base to Bandit Crew when you need attachments, crew assignment, or branding.
  • Move from Bandit Crew to Bandit Ops when inspections become a real module need.
  • Move from Bandit Ops to Bandit Command when user count, rollout complexity, or inspection volume grows beyond the middle tier.

5. Inspection module quick-start

Available on Bandit Ops and Bandit Command.

  1. Create or import inspection templates.
  2. Create an inspection-type work order.
  3. Select a published inspection template.
  4. Load customer assets into the work order.
  5. Open the created inspections, complete field entry, and generate the report/PDF.
